About

Abdoulaye is a Specialist in Humanitarian Assistance, Capacity Building and Advocacy. Abdoulaye is a Civil Society network administrator and an International Campaign Organizer. He is the General Secretary for the Panafrican Federalist Movement (PAFM) for the Europe region. He was the Executive Secretary f the West Africa Civil Society Forum (WACSOF), which is the principal society coordination body set in place by the Economic Community of West Africa (ECOWAS) and gathering over 300 members organisations. From the headquarters based in Abuja, Abdoulaye administered national CSO platforms in West Africa, but also designed and coordinated several international advocacy campaigns ranging from Elections, Good Governance (Transparency in Extractive Industries), Human Rights, Early Warning (Peace and Security), Terrorism, Gender, Women and Children's rights (Early Marriage) in collaboration with pertinent departments of the ECOWAS, the African Union and the United Nations UNHCR. Abdoulaye is an International Relations and Political Science graduate from Ohio University (USA) and is also a graduate in Humanities from Université Gaston Berger of Senegal. Abdoulaye has worked with International organisations with missions in over 30 countries around the world. Diallo is a former Researcher and Bilingual Editor for the Council of the Development of Social Science Research in Africa (CODESRIA), one of the most important academic research institutions on Social Sciences in Africa, especially in the training of post graduate researchers around the African continent. He has contributed to the production of dozens of academic publications and to the editorial management of several international social science journals published in English and/or French. Abdoulaye has written extensively on African politics and development. In the area of Communications/Media, Abdoulaye has produced and hosted several television and radio programs; some broadcasted in America, others in different countries in Africa. He also supports several online media based in the African Diaspora treating issues concerning mainly the socio-political and economic position of Africa in today's changing world.
